Atami EVA operates a closed-cell EVA foam production facility in Pendik, Istanbul. Monthly capacity for tatami mats exceeds 15,000 m². We export to Germany, France, Poland, UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK. All shipments include full documentation: packing list, COC, RoHS/REACH declaration, and test reports. What is the minimum order quantity for EVA tatami mats?
Standard MOQ is 500 m². For sample evaluation runs, we accept orders from 200 m². For ongoing contract supply, we offer flexible scheduling with blanket orders.
Can you produce custom sizes and interlocking edges?
Yes. We cut all standard sizes (1×1m, 1×2m) and custom dimensions in-house using CNC and die-cut equipment. Puzzle-edge (interlocking) tatami mats are a standard production item.
Do your tatami mats meet European safety standards?
All EVA tatami mats are CE marked and REACH compliant. RoHS test reports and COC documents are issued for each production batch at no additional cost.
What surface patterns are available?
Standard tatami weave, smooth, diamond (baklava) and coffee-bean emboss are available from stock tooling. Custom emboss patterns are available with a tooling fee for large orders.
What is the production and shipping lead time?
Standard production: 15–21 days. Shipping to EU: 7–12 days by road or 5–7 days express. Sea freight to UAE/GCC: 10–15 days.
