Atami EVA produces EVA sole sheet in sheet and roll format at our Istanbul facility. Monthly production capacity exceeds 200 tonnes. We export to footwear manufacturers across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bangladesh and Vietnam. All EVA sole sheet shipments include: REACH declaration, RoHS test report, COC, MSDS and packing list. We work with all major freight forwarders and offer FOB Istanbul, CIF and DAP delivery terms.
What surface patterns are available for fiyapa production?
Standard stock tooling includes diamond (baklava), bowtie (papyon), coffee bean and smooth. Custom emboss patterns can be produced for orders above 5,000 pairs with a one-time tooling fee.
Can you supply EVA sole sheet in rolls for automated cutting?
Yes. We supply rolls up to 50m in length, with core sizes compatible with standard cutting machine mandrels. Density and hardness are consistent throughout the roll.
Is your EVA foam REACH compliant for EU export?
All EVA foam we produce is SVHC-free and REACH compliant. We issue a formal REACH declaration with each order. RoHS test reports are also available on request.
What is the minimum order for EVA shoe sole sheet?
Minimum order is 500 kg per grade/color combination. Mixed orders can combine multiple grades to reach the minimum. Sample packs (5kg) are available for evaluation.
Do you offer CNC cutting services for sole blanks?
Yes. We offer CNC cutting to customer-supplied patterns. This service is suitable for brand owners and footwear designers who need ready-to-assemble sole blanks without investing in cutting equipment.
