Minimum order is 1,000 kg per thickness. Multiple thicknesses can be combined to reach the total MOQ. Contact us for mixed-spec order arrangements.
Does EVA foam cause odor inside the vehicle?
No. Our closed-cell EVA foam has a low-VOC formulation specifically optimized for automotive interior applications. VOC test reports can be provided on request to satisfy OEM supplier qualification requirements.
Is your EVA foam compatible with die-cutting lines?
Yes. Our EVA foam rolls are fully compatible with industrial die-cut, knife-cut and CNC cutting lines. We guarantee ±3 kg/m³ density tolerance across the full roll, which is critical for consistent automated production output.
Do you hold the certifications required by European OEM procurement?
Yes. CE, RoHS and REACH certifications are standard in our documentation package. COC and test reports are provided with every shipment. Technical qualification files for supplier approval processes can be prepared on request.
What roll widths are available?
Standard roll widths are 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. Different width requests can be evaluated based on the production schedule.
Can we set up a continuous supply program?
Yes. Blanket order and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programs are available on request. Long-term agreements also include price fixing options to protect against raw material fluctuations.
