Can you produce vehicle-specific die-cut car mat foam?
Yes. We cut EVA foam to vehicle-specific floor geometry using CNC and steel-rule die cutting. Customers supply DXF/DWG cutting patterns or physical templates.
Is your EVA foam odor-free for automotive interior use?
Yes. We offer low-VOC and odor-free EVA grades specifically for automotive interior applications. Smell test and VOC reports are available on request.
What certifications are included with automotive foam orders?
Every order includes: RoHS compliance declaration, REACH SVHC-free statement, COC, density test report and packing list. MSDS is available for all grades.
What is the lead time for die-cut automotive parts?
Sample/prototype: 7–10 business days. First article: 15–20 days. Mass production: 20–30 days depending on volume and complexity.
Can you supply EVA foam on a kanban / JIT basis?
Yes. For automotive OEM programs, we offer blanket order agreements with scheduled call-offs. Safety stock can be held at our Istanbul warehouse for fast-reaction deliveries.
